Sharp NC Band Saws
This series has touch screen controls that can program up to 100 jobs with different parameters. Screen has readout on blade speed, blade life, feed vise position and error code display for self-diagnostics. It has more functions than the automatic series for higher productivity.
SW-NC-SERIES
This NC operated hydraulic heavy duty automatic band saw utilize the Smart NC-100 system to store most parameters and functions and programmed to perform most cutting jobs.
- 10” round, 10” square, 10” x 11” rectangular cutting capacity, 3 HP (100NC)
- 12” round, 12” square, 13.4” x 12” rectangular cutting capacity, 5 HP (120NC)
- 18” round, 18.1” square, 18.1” x 18.1” rectangular cutting capacity, 7.5 HP (180NC)
- NC operating panel with touch screen
- Hydraulic saw frame with heavy duty ball joint for powerful down feed
- Back tilt saw head design to reduce saw twisting between wheel and blade guide
- Carbide blade guides with roller bearings pre-align the blade before entering carbide blade guides. It enhances blade life
- Automatic hydraulic blade tensioning provide proper tensioning during and after machining
- Multiple coolant applied during exit and entry of blade through blade guides, during cutting, and blade cleaning with brush
- Gearbox blade drive for heavy duty cutting

This NC operated hydraulic heavy duty double column automatic band saw that utilize the Smart NC-100 system to store most parameters and functions and programmed to perform most cutting jobs. The double column design ensure smooth saw frame movement and consistent stable cutting force to achieve high cutting efficiency and extended blade life.
